Sony Ericsson sells 50 per cent stake in unit to rival Motorola

Canadian Press - STOCKHOLM, Sweden - Mobile phone maker Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB on Monday said it has agreed to sell a 50 per cent stake of UI Holdings BV to rival Motorola Inc.
