Bell Mobility offers unlimited local calls to Bell phones, charges for others

Canadian Press - TORONTO (CP) - Bell Canada (TSX:BCE), confronting intense competition from cable-TV companies and other rising entrants in the phone business, is offering a new rate plan allowing Bell Mobility clients unlimited local calls to and from other Bell mobile and fixed-line phones.
